Vish Joshi
President & CEO

A U.K. native, Vish Joshi an innovator and architect of ideas and technology, brings nearly two decades of hands on management and finance experience, principally in operations management, business planning, marketing and management for two leading banks in Canada.

Early in his career Vish held increasingly responsible positions in the retail and restaurant industries. Recently, he became a Senior Partner of RxCritical Inc., a final-mile, logistics and distribution company offering "Time Critical, Temperature Sensitive and Tracked Distribution", eliminating the need of environmentally unfriendly packaging during transport.

Vish is a committed entrepreneur and a strong supporter of efforts to reduce the impact of commodities being delivered in insufficient environments, at incorrect temperatures, to patients, pet and food industries. He intends to take a hands-on approach to educate manufacturers and distributors of temperature-sensitive commodities and work closely with Health Canada to achieve long-term success.

Vish's focus at RxCritical will be on the executive management team and planning, in particular, coordinating the company's launch into the Canadian market, overseeing sales and marketing efforts to ensure 100% client satisfaction is met as Canadian sales begin to ramp up. Initially, he also is handling CEO responsibilities.

Robert De Lima
Manager, Business Development & Transportation

Robert De Lima, with over 20 years of management, distribution and logistics experience with the world's second largest pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline, a leading research-based company.

Robert held numerous positions of responsibility within this organization including, distribution, compliance, customer service operations and management of supply chain elements. He was also responsible for the corporate research of cold chain and ambient transportation solutions and the implementation and utilization of several logistics software platforms. In addition, he developed and implemented environment, health and safety (EHS) policies and programs.

Robert holds several industry related certifications including Logistics Management from York University.

Ahmad W. Bajwa, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Ahmad brings over eight years of experience and expertise to RxCritical from various industries including transportation/logistics, distribution, warehousing, sales, retail and wholesale. In this role he directs all financial aspects of the business including accounting policies/practices, budgeting, financial planning, financial analysis and monitoring of financial performance.

Prior to joining RxCritical, Ahmad held various challenging positions as Controller where he achieved great success improving cash flows, re-engineering accounting processes, implementation of controls and policies.

Ahmad is a designated CPA from US and holds a bachelors degree with emphasis in Accounting and Finance.

Javed S. Khan
Vice President, Marketing

Javed S. Khan, a results-oriented and experienced marketing guru with more than a decade of accomplishments in corporate marketing communications, branding, product, sales support and public relations.

While in a senior leadership role at organizations from the financial, design build, and sports sectors, Javed has created award-winning and benchmarking work that boosted awareness, sales and achieved the desired marketing objectives.

Under his leadership, Javed will help RxCritical maximize their marketing efforts and create engaged marketing programs that will generate industry specific awareness and focused results for the entire team.
